Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your product if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
